Corporate and Social Responsibility Update

In line with the continued development of our CSR policy, AGZ Group are delighted to confirm the purchase and placement of Zoll AED Defibrillators at our three sites in Airdrie, Blantyre and Chapelhall (individual contact details available from our website).

When someone experiences a cardiac arrest, they are unconscious and not breathing, or not breathing normally, and their life is in danger. Without immediate defibrillator treatment, 70-75% of Sudden Cardiac Arrest victims will die. This is why the purchase and placement of these defibrillators is so important.

Apart from the obvious life-saving benefits to our own workforce, this equipment has also been registered with The Scottish Ambulance Service Resuscitation Campaign which is supported by the British Heart Foundation Scotland.
